Our performance guarantee means that if you follow your personalized plan and your energy usage doesn’t drop, we’ll refund your service fee.

Conditions to qualify for this guarantee:

You must apply for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. (Not applicable for the Complete Guidance service)
Recommended actions must be fully implemented
Tangible proof of implementation and updated energy bills must be provided
Tangible proof that no new external factors influenced an increase in the home consumption
Home baseline must be established and sent to us during the initial intake or first 15 days after purchase
Home must contain sufficient reduction potential
You must provide a clear explanation of which parts of the advice you tried and why it did not meet your expectations
Refund is limited to one per customer
