Takañisimo offers home energy efficiency advisory services, including but not limited to downloadable digital products, remote and on-site consultations, and tailored energy-saving plans.

2. Use of This Website

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm or impair its availability or performance.

We reserve the right to modify or suspend access to the site at any time without notice.

3. Services Overview

a. eBook (Takaño Tips)

  • Digital product delivered upon purchase.
  • 2-month Results Guarantee: If the content doesn’t help you identify meaningful saving opportunities, you may request a refund within 60 days, subject to conditions (see Section 4).

b. Essentials Assessment

  • Includes one 30-minute consultation, utility bill analysis, and a top 5 recommendations summary.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and usage data before the session.

c. Complete Guidance

  • Includes up to 6 consultations over 6 months (including one on-site).
  • Performance Guarantee applies only if:
    • All agreed actions are implemented.
    • Baseline measurements and follow-up usage data are submitted as required.
    • Changes in occupancy or major renovations are disclosed in advance.

4. Results Guarantee / Refunds

A refund may be requested based on the conditions in our performance guarantee.

Performance Guarantee (Complete Guidance):

If, after implementing the agreed recommendations, you do not observe a measurable reduction in your energy consumption (based on baseline and follow-up data), you may be eligible for a partial refund. The partial refund is determined based on the proportion of remaining consultations in the plan.

Conditions apply as described in our performance guarantee, plus the following:

  • Implementation must be completed as documented in the intake and follow-up forms.
  • Savings must be calculated using our utility tracking methodology.
  • Exceptions include force majeure, extreme weather, or changes in household behavior not disclosed at intake.

Refund decisions are at Takañisimo’s discretion and based on submitted documentation.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our website or trusted third-party services. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of service or denied access to further support.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

We may use anonymized usage data for reporting total savings and impact (e.g. CO₂ prevention tracking). You will always be asked for consent before doing so.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the eBook, assessment materials, and visual content—is the intellectual property of Takañisimo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Liability

While we provide evidence-based advice and use professional judgment, we cannot guarantee future energy prices, utility tariffs, or subsidy schemes. You are responsible for deciding which recommendations to implement.

Takañisimo is not liable for damages resulting from actions taken based on our advice unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Eindhoven, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
